Gordon who? Jamie what??

Yesterday i cooked my first curry in England, what bliss! To be honest i didn't do much apart from resting and cooking. Today i was given a tour around the Anadolu University campuses, which took me by surprise, they were fantastically maintained, the Turks take great pride in their education establishments, especially Anadolu University. I also met other erasmus students and we shared great stories of times of confusion in Turkey and we talked generally of how we were settling, which in turn settled me, as i knew others were experiencing the same trials and tribulations as myself. Back to the curry, my mother equipped me, with enough curry paste to last me through world war two and i decided to put it to use, in a chicken masala type curry, which down well with the Turks :) Along with this, i also has some ready made naans, rice and wait for it ... chips! What do they say? You can take the Asian out of Britain, but you can't take the Britishness out of the Asian ;)
